This workshop is part of a monthly series on specific problems during and after pregnancy. We will begin with discussing the anatomy of the core/pelvic floor and the changes in body structure and function during and after pregnancy. We will then discuss why this can occur and learn about the specific issue. We will discuss how to prevent/treat this issue and complete simple exercises.
